Have I ever told you how much I love my Samsung Galaxy S?
This awesome smartphone has everything I need. My favorite feature, not the pocket manga app or even the fruit ninja game I adore or even the alarm I just couldn’t live with out, but the preloaded memo app.
This little app is perfect for my on the go writing needs. In fact I have a total of 23 notes stored in it at this very moment. Each note is actually, and I’m not lying, a small chapter of just my stories. I have actually, over a few notes, half a chapter for one of my books, the very one I’m working on right now.
So the question is, why don’t you have it in your journal?
The reason my dear friends, is the ideas always strike just as I’m going to bed. My cell phone is always with in reachable distance, mostly because it double as my alarm clock.
So if you ever see my cell phone laying around, please return it to me as that is also my life. My family does not have a land line either, so you can imagine how lost I’d be without.
I was checking out the Samsung Galaxy S for a few months, watching the updates on crackberry.com, reading reviews about the pros and cons. Overall it sounded like the most awesomeness phone of all time. However, looking into the OS and how to update it looked confusing to me…plus I’m not really big on Virtual Keyboards. I mean I have a Blackberry Torch 9800, but even that I could not get used to because I kept messing up on the typing. How do you manage to like that factor? Can you show a screenshot of the memo app? If I ever go Android, I might want to look into getting that app. I agree with the phone being your life. My phone is with me 24/7. I look forward to more Smartphone reviews from you on this!
It takes a little getting used to. If you look at any of the memos I have the words are so messed up. Letters are add some are missing, really its like by phones Dyslexic. LMAO!
What a cool app. I definitely need something like that. My ideas usually come late at night before I go to sleep also, and it always irks me because I get too tired to get up and write it down, so I usually forget it when I wake up in the morning. It would be perfect to have something like that on my phone so I could easily just reach over and type in my idea into my phone before dozing off to sleep. I wonder if there is a way to get the app without a galaxy samsung s, or if there are similar apps. Time to research!
I went through a few different apps first before I settled on the preloaded memo app. I found an interesting one awhile back that liked ideas together but it was all a little to much for me.
